About me

I graduated from UNIL in 2017, with a MSc in molecular life sciences and a specialization in bioinformatics. I then obtained my PhD at EPFL under the supervision of Prof. Jacques Fellay, where I used genome-wide genotyping data, statistical methods and bioinformatics tools to explore the interplay between human genetic variation, persistent infections and chronic inflammation, and their relevance to cardiovascular morbidity. Today, I am working in the Precision Medicine Unit at CHUV as a data science analyst.
